Beefy tacos

My home made tacos! Yummy!

I like to cook this recipe whenever people come over to our home for a quick chat or drinks. It is easy to prepare and keep everyone happy and full 🙂

Recipe Ingredients for Meat filling:

• 2 tbsp cooking oil
• 2 tbsp chopped garlic
• 1 whole chopped onion
• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 pack nestle cream or all purpose cream
• Salt and Pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Heat oil in a pan and add ground beef. Season with cumin, cayenne, salt and pepper and cook until lightly brown. Add in onions and garlic. Cook until it is fragrant.
2. Stir in tomato sauce paste and saute for 1 minute. Then pour the all purpose cream, mix quickly and shut off the heat.

Fill your taco shells with desired toppings such as shredded lettuce or cabbage, sliced tomatoes and onions. You can also add cheese.
